Sunderland used a bizarre tactic to frustrate Arsenal during their Premier League game on Saturday evening.

The Black Cats became only the third side this season that Arsenal has failed to beat, as they settled for a point apiece .

Brian Brobbey’s acrobatic finish in stoppage time and Daniel Ballard’s block on the other end gave them the vital point .

The two sides played out to a thrilling two-all draw at the Stadium of Light as Arsenal’s 10-match winning streak was finally broken.

It was also the first time Mikel Arteta’s side conceded a goal since Nick Woltemade’s strike against them on September 28.

Daniel Ballar opened the scoring in the 36th minute after a carefully worked routine by Sunderland. A mistake at the back allowed Bukayo Saka to equalise in the 54th minute before Leandro Trossard fired them ahead in the 74th minute.
